"Canceled our policy saying me and my fiance said we were married so they couldn't keep our policy, even though we don't have the same last night. Also happened to a co worker he got dropped over some other silly excuse. Sandy is very rude, sorry to hear Olivia left..."

"I'm sorry that you're not happy with the experience you had with State Farm and their decision to not renew your insurance. I can't comment on the reason that corporate decided to not renew your policy. I can say that a policy is not cancelled solely on an individual's marital status and that we strive to be as helpful as possible while explaining a situation such as this. There are, as you're aware, more factors to this than mentioned in your review. As for Sandy being very rude, I was not a part of that conversation, as I understand you were not as well. I have heard her remain extremely professional and polite during very difficult conversations, even when having to tell people things they don't want to hear. "They need to explain things better when setting up policies. This drive and save is so very, very frustrating. I think I might switch after my 6 month policy is up. Allstate had cheaper price and no crazy, stupid beacon to try to set up and deal with !!! All about the money…"

"Robin I'm sorry you didn't have the experience we strive to give all our customers. The Drive Safe and Save program is a great program for some people, however as we explain during initial account set up and follow up calls and texts, it is a customer driven discount. Unfortunately the beacon is something that has to be set up, and while we can help with that here at the office we don't have the capability to do that remotely. We always invite customers to come to the office with the beacon if they need help setting it up. I do see we reached out to you multiple times, as well as you calling in and speaking with us regarding this particular discount. I'm sorry that you had such a frustrating experience with it, and hope that in the future we will be able to assist you better. "
