"I reached out to the crew at Tom Randall's office in hopes of lowering my home and auto insurance, and boy was I surprised. After speaking with Alicia I discovered that not only was I overpaying my current insurance company, but I had VERY minimal coverage. Not only did Alicia give me the appopriate coverage, she also gave me the ratings that my auto/home claims-history deserved. In a time where resources are limited, and honesty is at an all time low - it was a breath of fresh air switching over to State Farm. You guys are amazing!"

"A rock hit my windshield leaving no doubt of its need of replacement. Staff at Tom Randall office were incredibly helpful with starting my claim over the phone and providing recommendations of where to get it serviced in the town I live.
