"I reached out to the crew at Tom Randall's office in hopes of lowering my home and auto insurance, and boy was I surprised. After speaking with Alicia I discovered that not only was I overpaying my current insurance company, but I had VERY minimal coverage. Not only did Alicia give me the appopriate coverage, she also gave me the ratings that my auto/home claims-history deserved.
